Refund Policy

At Prabhat Tea, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, missing, or unsuitable product,please contact us at

1. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders can only be considered for replacement or refund if the product is damaged or unfit for consumption.

2. Returns & Replacements

Damaged, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant photographs or proof.
Products must be unused and unopened for eligible returns.
If the product is found stale, defective, or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

3. Refunds

Refunds are subject to verification and approval by Prabhat Tea.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests made after the applicable period or without required proof may not be accepted.
